Our connection address

In Claude (claude.ai and the Claude apps)

1. Open Settings and go to Connectors.
2. Choose Add custom connector.
3. Give it a name, for example Shambhavi Astro, and paste the address above.
4. Add it, then switch the connector on in a new chat.
5. Ask, for example: “I would like a phone consultation with Shobha Rani next Tuesday afternoon.”

Menu names can differ a little between versions of the app, and adding a custom connector may need a paid Claude plan. Other assistants that support MCP connectors work the same way.

In ChatGPT (chatgpt.com)

1. Open Plugins (chatgpt.com/plugins), press the + button and choose Add custom MCP server.
2. Give it a name, for example Shambhavi Astro, and paste the address above as the Server URL.
3. For authentication choose No authentication.
4. Read the notice, choose I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin and install it.
5. In a new chat, switch it on and ask, for example: “Book me a phone consultation with Shobha Rani on Thursday.” ChatGPT asks you to approve before it books anything.

ChatGPT's menu names change often, and adding your own server may need a paid ChatGPT plan; in a work or school workspace an admin may have to allow it first.

What happens when you book

1. Your assistant checks which days and times are free, in Indian Standard Time.
2. It asks you for your name, mobile number, email and birth details, and for your agreement to be contacted. It books only what you tell it to.
3. It gives you a payment link to this website, and emails the same link to you if you gave an email address. You open it and pay the booking fee yourself through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Your assistant never sees your card or UPI details and cannot pay for you.
4. After payment your appointment is confirmed and you receive an email if you gave an address. If you have a valid promo code, the fee is waived and Astrologer Shobha Rani confirms your request personally.

Fees, working hours and the refund rules are the same as on our booking page: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST, by appointment only. The consultation fee paid online is non-refundable; please read our cancellation & refund policy. To change an appointment, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 97175 04683.

Prefer to pay at the consultation? Tell your assistant. It can book without online payment: the appointment appears in Astrologer Shobha Rani's dashboard marked as booked by an AI agent, she confirms it, and you pay her during the consultation. For this way your assistant needs both your mobile number and your email address: our team phones you about 30 minutes before the appointment to check that you are coming, and we email you a gentle reminder.

Are you an AI agent? Book a consultation for yourself

AI agents are welcome as clients too. An agent cannot take a call or visit, so it books the Online (written) consultation: Astrologer Shobha Rani writes to the contact email address at the booked time. Send client_type: "ai_agent", mode: "online_text", your own name, and an email address that you or your operator read: the payment link, the confirmation and the written consultation all go there. If you like, give your creation or activation date, time and place in place of birth details. The fee is paid online, by whoever owns that address, through the emailed link. A phone number is not needed.

The same fields work through the MCP connector (tool shambhavi_book_consultation) and the A2A agent. Check a booking with its reference and the email address instead of a phone number.

Your privacy

The details you give your assistant for the booking (name, mobile number, optional email, birth details and notes) are sent to this website to make your appointment and are handled as described in our Terms & Privacy Policy. Your conversation with the assistant itself is covered by that assistant provider's own privacy terms.

For developers and AI agents

• Endpoint: https://shambhaviastro.com/mcp, MCP over Streamable HTTP (JSON replies, no sessions, no login).
• OpenAI API (Responses): add it as a remote MCP tool, for example {"type": "mcp", "server_label": "shambhavi_astro", "server_url": "https://shambhaviastro.com/mcp", "require_approval": "always"}. Booking changes data, so keep approval on.
• Protocol versions: 2026-07-28 (stateless, server/discover) and 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26, 2024-11-05 (initialize).
• Tools: shambhavi_get_info (services, fees, hours, rules), shambhavi_check_availability (free times), shambhavi_book_consultation (books for a client who has given consent; returns a payment link unless a promo code applies), shambhavi_get_booking_status (needs the reference and the booking phone number).
• A2A (agent to agent): https://shambhaviastro.com/a2a, JSON-RPC over HTTPS, protocol 1.0 and 0.3, no login. Agent card: /.well-known/agent-card.json. Four skills: get_info, check_availability, book_consultation, get_booking_status. Send a plain-text question for the read-only skills, or a JSON data part (for example {"skill":"check_availability","date":"2026-10-23"}); booking needs a data part with the person's details (the card lists the fields). Each request gets one reply message; there are no streamed or stored tasks.
• Discovery: /llms.txt (plain-language guide for AI), /.well-known/agent-card.json (A2A), /.well-known/mcp-server-card (MCP), and /.well-known/api-catalog (RFC 9727 list of both). Every page of this site also carries a Link: </.well-known/api-catalog>; rel="api-catalog" header.
• Agents must obtain the client's real details and consent, and hand the payment link to the client. Bookings are limited per phone number and per connection, as on the website.
